Baked German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped bacon
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/3 c. water
    8 c. sliced cooked potatoes
Preparation
    Fry bacon in skillet until crisp; drain, reserving 1/4 cup bacon drippings.
    Saute celery, onion and salt in reserved drippings in skillet.
    Stir in flour.
    Add sugar, vinegar, pepper and water.
    Bring to boil.
    Pour over bacon and potatoes in 3-quart baking dish.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Approximate per serving:
