Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 jar taco sauce (hot or mild)
ground meat
tomatoes, cut into small pieces
lettuce, finely chopped
green peppers, cut into small pieces
shredded Provolone and Cheddar cheese
1 large bag taco chips
Preparation

Mix the sour cream and taco sauce together, spread on a sheet pan.
Fry hamburger well, drain grease and pat hamburger with paper towels to remove all excess grease.
Spread meat over cream cheese mixture.
Layer the tomatoes, lettuce and green peppers over mixture and top with cheese.
Serve with the chips.
It's wonderful at parties.
