Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup butter
    3/4 cup onion
    3 cups rice (raw)
    2 (8 oz) cans mushroom pieces
    3 cups diced celery
    3/4 cup celery leaves
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    6 cups water
Preparation
    In a 3 quart saucepan, saute rice, onion, mushroom pieces, celery, celery leaves and spices in butter.
    Add water.
    Bring to boil.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
