Cowboy Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 large (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 large (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
1 small (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
salt to taste
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat with onion and bell pepper.
Drain off excess fat.
Add all other ingredients to hamburger mixture.
Mix well and simmer 1 to 2 hours.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
