Rolled Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
Add milk and oil.
Flour counter and top of dough before rolling.
Roll dough to 1/4-inch thick.
Cut into dumplings approximately 1 1/2-inch by 1 1/2-inch.
Dry slightly for easier handling.
Drop into boiling broth and chicken.
Simmer about 15 minutes.
Yields 4 large servings or 6 reasonable servings (9 grams of fat each).
