Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. corn bread mix
1 c. creamed corn
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers
2 1/2 c. milk
1 large onion, grated
1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. yellow cheese, grated

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake for about 45 minutes.
