Red Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head red cabbage
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and place in large bowl.
    Combine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
    Add to cabbage mix.
    Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate 1 hour before serving.
    Serves 4.
