Party Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cream cheese (5 pkg.)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil (any kind)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients until creamy.
    Add next 2 ingredients. Mix well.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Blend well after each addition (the more you beat the better it is).
    Bake in a greased and floured spring-form pan.
    Place pan in another pan with 1-inch or more of water.
    Don't let water evaporate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 3/4 to 2 hours.
    Serve cold; don't release spring-form pan until ready to eat.
    This cake freezes very well.
