Panhellenic Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    grated rind of 2 lemons
Preparation
    Mix together like making pie crust the butter, powdered sugar and flour.
    Press mixture lightly into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 12 to 15 minutes.
