Ritzy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 stacks Ritz crackers
    2 sticks margarine
    3 to 4 c. diced chicken
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Crush 1 stack crackers.
    Mix with 1 stick melted margarine. Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread chicken over crumbs. Combine chicken broth, soup and sour cream in a bowl.
    Pour over chicken.
    Top with layer of other stack crushed crackers.
    Melt other stick of margarine.
    Pour on top layer of crackers.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cover pan with foil for the first 15 minutes.
