Spanish Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round steak
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced green peppers
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. broad noodles
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 onion, diced
Preparation
    Fry meat and onion in butter; add peppers and celery.
    Cook until tender.
    Then add tomatoes.
    Boil noodles according to instructions on package.
    Drain and add to mixture.
    Put in a baking dish; dot with butter.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour.
