Butternut Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, mashed butternut squash
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. honey or 1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine squash and butter; mix well.
Add sugar or honey, milk, salt and other spices; mix thoroughly.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into a 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until set.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
