Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
6 skinless breasts
1/3 c. flour, seasoned with pepper
1/4 c. sesame seed
3 Tbsp. minced green onion
juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation

Melt margarine and oil in baking pan.
Cool slightly.
In a paper bag, shake chicken in seasoned flour until coated.
Roll pieces in oil in baking pan and arrange so they do not touch. Sprinkle with lemon juice and half the sesame seed.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Turn chicken; sprinkle with remaining sesame seed and minced onion.
Cook for 30 minutes, basting occasionally, until done.
