Catfish Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 catfish fillets
1 Tbsp. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Dip catfish in combined milk and egg.
Combine cheese, flour and seasoning.
Cover fillets with cheese mixture.
Spray baking dish.
Pour margarine over catfish and bake until golden brown at 350\u00b0.
