My Mom'S Raisin Nut Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. broken walnuts
3/4 c. chopped raisins
2 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
-
Heat sugar, butter and water plus raisins in skillet and cook to soft ball stage.
Remove from heat and add nuts.
Add cream until right consistency to spread.
Great to use between layers of cake.
