Beet Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. beet water
4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. pectin

Preparation

To get beet water, wash beets and prepare to steam until skin slips.
Drain beet water and use 3 cups for your jelly.
