Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. shredded nonfat reduced-fat sharp cheese
2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained (10 oz.)
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. fat-free substitute
1 3/4 c. dry curd or nonfat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. unbleached flour
1/4 Tbsp. ground white pepper
3 Tbsp. finely ground fat-free cracker crumbs
Preparation

Set aside 1/2 cup of the grated cheese.
Combine rest of cheese and all other ingredients except for cracker crumbs; mix well. Coat 2 1/2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Place broccoli mixture in dish; sprinkle with cracker crumbs and reserved cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Low-fat; .02 grams fat per 2/3 cup.
