Chocolate Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. French vanilla pudding (instant)
1 medium container Cool Whip
1 lb. box graham crackers
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Make pudding as directed on box, but use only 3 cups cold milk.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Layer whole graham crackers and pudding mixture, starting and ending with crackers (3 layers pudding, 4 layers graham crackers, including top layer).
