Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. applesauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs.
Add flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, cocoa and applesauce.
Sprinkle sugar and chocolate chips on top before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
