Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1 small sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery and onion in water until tender.
    Add salt, pepper, oleo and bouillon cubes to potatoes.
    Stir in sour cream and scalded milk.
    Add flour to thicken.
