Tomato Soup To Can - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    6 onions
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 c. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes, onions and celery until soft.
    Strain and heat. Add salt, paprika, sugar and butter.
    Boil 15 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal.
    Yields around 20 pints.
    Has an excellent flavor. One cup of cornstarch can be added for thickening.
