Teresa'S Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 apples, peeled and sliced
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    In another bowl combine all remaining ingredients.
    If too thick, add 1 to 2 tablespoons more orange juice.
    Grease tube pan. Beginning with batter, layer with apples, batter, apples and end with batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Should have 4 layers batter and 3 layers apples.
