Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. cooked crabmeat
1 c. finely chopped celery
2 tsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. French salad dressing mix
1/3 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Slice eggs in halves, lengthwise.
Remove yolks and mash. Combine yolks, crabmeat, celery, green pepper, salad dressing mix and sour cream, blending well.
Stir until well mixed.
Refill egg whites.
Chill until serving time.
Makes 24 stuffed eggs.
