Salmon Log Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. diced onion
    1/2 c. pecans
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine the first 7 ingredients and chill for 2 hours.
    Form in ball or log shape.
    Mix the pecans and parsley.
    Roll ball/log to cover and chill until firm. Serve with crackers. Serves 12.
