Chocolate Chunk Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. Baker's chocolate chunks
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, beat sugar, margarine, peanut butter, vanilla and egg until creamy. Add flour, oats, baking soda, salt, chocolate chunks and peanuts. Stir until blended.
    Drop by rounded tablespoon 2-inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookies sheet, approximately 2 dozen.
