Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. chopped, peeled apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended.
    Combine dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture, beating well.
    Stir in apple and nuts.
    Spoon batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
