Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large round steak
2 c. rice
4 c. water
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1 medium chopped onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 cans milk (or canned milk, optional)
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut round steak into cubes.
Flour and season, then fry in oil or grease until brown.
Add onion, bell pepper and mushrooms. Simmer until tender.
Combine milk, soup and tomato sauce in crock-pot; add meat mixture.
Cook all day or night on low heat. Boil rice 20 minutes in 4 cups water.
Pour meat sauce over rice. Can use noodles.
