Ingredients
- 
                            1 can sliced beets
 
1 can chunk pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
- 
                            Drain juice of beets and pineapple into saucepan and bring to a boil.
 
Combine remaining ingredients.
Add to mixture to thicken. Pour pineapple and beets into mixture.
Heat and serve.
Serves 15.
