Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or stew beef
1 can brown or beef gravy
2 stalks celery
1 small onion
2 bay leaves
1 small can mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
cooked noodles or rice
Preparation

Brown meat, celery and onion.
If using stew meat, add some water and cook until tender.
Drain the grease off the hamburger. Add the gravy, mushrooms and bay leaves.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
If too thick, add some water.
Add sour cream right before serving.
Stir well.
Add over cooked rice or noodles.
