Sheep-Wagon Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. water
1 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. butter
2 large, finely grated carrots
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix and add to carrot mixture.
Bake in 2 oiled log pans or 1 tube pan at 275\u00b0 for 2 hours.
