This 'N That(Snack) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large loaf white sandwich bread
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted
1 Tbsp. cinnamon, mixed with 1 c. sugar
Preparation

Cut the crust off sandwich bread.
Roll each slice flat with rolling pin.
Beat cream cheese, egg and 1/2 cup sugar until well mixed.
Spread mixture on flattened slice of bread and roll up. Dip in melted butter and roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Freeze in plastic container.
When ready to serve, slice each frozen roll into 3 pieces (makes about 72).
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 10 to 15 minutes.
