Magic Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Combine all ingredients
in container of electric mixer and mix on medium speed
for

minute.
Pour\tmixture
into buttered 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at\t400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
