Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 c sugar
    salt to taste
    1 t vanilla
    1 t nutmeg
    2 T cornstarch
    1 can crushed (creamed) corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1/2 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine milk, eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, nutmeg and cornstarch.
    Beat well at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add both kinds of corn.
    Remember, drain well whole kernel corn. Add melted butter.
    Stir well.
    Pour mixture into greased pan or dish.
    Stir just before putting into oven.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until slightly browned.
    The pudding is done if inserted knife comes out clean.
