Smoked Sausage With Cabbage, Sweet Potatoes And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    smoked sausages
    chicken broth (13 1/4 oz.)
    mustard
    mustard seed
    onions
    cabbage
    apples
    sweet potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/2-inch chunks
Preparation
    Stir chicken broth and mustard in a deep skillet.
    Add mustard seed and bring to a boil.
    Add sweet potatoes and onions; reduce heat to medium.
    Cover and cook about 5 minutes, until potatoes are almost tender.
    Add sausage and cabbage.
    Cover and cook 15 minutes longer, until potatoes are tender and cabbage is crisp-tender. Stir in apple.
    Cover and simmer additional 3 minutes until apple is crisp-tender.
