Salmon Party Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can red, sock-eye salmon, very well drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. horseradish, well drained
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans (garnish)
    1/4 c. chopped parsley (garnish)
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients and chill for several hours.
    Form into a ball and roll in mixture of chopped pecans and chopped parsley.
