Beef-Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. cooked sliced carrot
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion until done and drain.
    Add all other ingredients (except noodles and cheese), saving the cooked noodles until last.
    Mix well.
