Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix water, yeast, sugar and salt. Add 1 1/4 cups flour and mix well. Add egg and oil; mix in 1 1/4 cups flour, mixing well. Cover and let rise at room temperature until double in size. Turn out on lightly floured surface. Knead lightly; pinch off rolls. Place in oiled baking pans. Let rise until double in size. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until brown.
