Brian'S Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger, browned
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    8-12 hot peppers
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    corn tortillas
    cheese (Cheddar or Colby)
Preparation
    Brown burger and mix with taco seasoning.
    Saute hot peppers (whole) in butter.\tWhen done, cut in half and remove seeds and stem.
    Put in peppers in blender and puree.
    (Add a little water if needed.)
    Mix peppers and soup in bowl.
    Lightly fry corn tortillas in deep fryer and then dip in soup mixture.
    Lay a layer of coated tortillas in a 9 X 13 pan.\tAdd layer of 1/2 meat, add layer of 1/2 cheese, then repeat layers.
    Then add final layer of tortillas, put cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until warmed through, about 30 minutes.
