Chicken Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. diced chicken, cooked
    1 c. Chinese noodles
    1/3 c. broken cashew nuts
Preparation
    Saute the onion and celery in the butter. Add the soup, broth and soy sauce. Add the chicken. Top with the noodles and nuts. Place on bottom rack of oven. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
