Bavarian Peach Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. peach Jell-o
    2 C chopped fresh peaches
    1 C whipped cream
Preparation
    Prepare Jell-o according to package directions. Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Beat gelatin at high speed in mixer until foamy, about 2-3 minutes. Fold in whipped cream and peaches. Pour into a lightly oiled 6 cup mold. Cover and chill overnight. Unmold before serving.
