Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced zucchini
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 (15 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
    1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked as directed
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place zucchini in microwave-safe dish.
    Cover and cook on High 5 minutes; stir in mushrooms.
    Cover and cook 5 minutes longer. Drain off liquid.
    Set aside.
