Beer Batter Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole small fish
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. beer (any brand)
Preparation
    Melt butter in a heavy skillet or electric frypan. Combine biscuit mix, salt, egg and beer; mix until smooth. Dip fish into batter, letting excess drip into bowl.
