Little Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. softened butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. applesauce
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. sugar with 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time and mix.
    Beat in applesauce.
    Stir flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to butter mixture; stir just to moisten.
    Spoon into mini muffin cups, greased.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 15 minutes until golden.
    While still warm, dip tops or all sides into melted butter and cinnamon sugar.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 36.
