Crown O'Dill Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 or 5 halibut or swordfish steaks
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped dill pickle
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/3 c. (1 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    In a pie plate, combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Dip both sides of fish steak in flour mixture.
    Place steaks in buttered baking dish.
    In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, dill pickle, green onion, dill weed, lemon juice and seasoned salt.
    Spread sour cream mixture over fish.
    Sprinkle fish with cheese.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
