Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. parsley
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 large green bell pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook rice and cool.
    Add eggs, oil, salt and cheese; stir.
    Add onion, garlic, parsley and green pepper; stir well.
    Grease a casserole.
    Put in rice mixture and pour undiluted soup over the top.
    Mix together and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    If too dry, add 1/3 cup oil.
