Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    6 slices bacon (crispy)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. water
    2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender; drain, peel and slice.
    Crumble bacon, save 1/4 cup drippings.
    Cook onion in drippings until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and celery seed.
    Add water and vinegar.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
    Stir in bacon and potatoes.
    Cook until heated through (about 5 minutes), tossing lightly.
    Add hard-boiled eggs.
    Serve hot or cold.
