Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, diced
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Add rice; cook, stirring over medium heat until golden.
    Add onion and cook 1 minute.
    Add tomato sauce, water, seasonings, green pepper and celery.
    Cover; cook over low heat for 25 minutes
    or longer until rice is tender.
    Stir occasionally.
