Bacon-Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 carrot, sliced
    1 (2 oz.) jar bacon pieces
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    In 3 quart casserole, combine first 7 ingredients.
    Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High 13 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once.
    Stir in milk, salt and pepper.
    Cover.
    Cook on High 8 minutes or until heated through. Yields 10 servings.
