Sweet Potato Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
1 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked deep pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Combine potatoes, sugars, flavoring and eggs; beat 1 minute or until combined. Stir in pecans. Pour in pie shells and bake 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake an additional 10 minutes.
