Golden Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    10 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and cook in boiling salted water; drain and cool.
    Peel potatoes and grate.
    Add sour cream, cheese, onions, milk, salt and pepper.
    Mix thoroughly; turn into buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole, then smooth.
    Combine melted butter and crumbs; sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
